Psychotherapy
All our clinicians have at least ten years of extensive training and psychotherapy experience, and are familiar with a wide range of psychotherapeutic models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Compassionate Mind Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Bespoke Psychotherapy, Norwich

A bespoke psychotherapy service based in Norwich, Norfolk – we tailor interventions to suit individual needs. We believe that before interventions are selected, a careful psychological formulation is needed, one that accounts for both the history of a person’s difficulties and their current role in a person’s life. Our team is flexible and compassionate in our approach, and will work with everyone in a confidential and non-judgemental way.

Individual Therapy

We provide individual psychotherapy to individuals who are struggling with problems such as depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, the effects of childhood and adult trauma (such as sexual abuse, physical and emotional abuse, and neglect).

The psychotherapy sessions offered are collaborative: we will work with an individual in order to come to a shared and deeper understanding of what may be causing distress, and will use this understanding as a means to find a way forward and to bring about positive change in a person’s life.

Couples and Family Therapy

We work with couples who are in difficulty, and who want to work towards finding better ways of communicating and of understanding themselves and each other.

We also offer family sessions in which we provide a safe and contained psychotherapeutic space to help find solutions to family problems, which can often feel ‘stuck’. Working with the family as a whole can often be more effective than working with individual family members only.
